Cute office but it breaks my heart that it will be Sazerac-less. Will your plants survive boozy water if you discard the ice in a watering can?

Goodness gracious! You may have solved my problem. I will experiment with the rather moody pothos plant that sits in the corner and quietly judges me.

In terms of the Sazerac, I think you’re right. Rye should always be on a bar of any size, and I believe it was Antonine Peychaud who used to have a little second floor office that looked out over Royal Street. I can always make room for that tiny bottle.

I would need a gin gimlet

I will have room for lime cordial in the fridge! And I tend to stir my gimlets! I’ll add it to the list.

Apropos of issue No. 4, an inelegant solution would be a colander over a Cambro (or five gallon bucket, etc). Strain and toss the waste, dump the liquid in the toilet down the hall.

Hey Dave! Inelegant, yes, but nothing more efficient. This building does have some of the most beautiful urinals I have ever…well..er…seen/used. The good ones that go all the way to the floor, you know what I’m talking about. Thanks for the subscription. I look forward to more of your input. Swing by, if you are ever out this way.
